Developed exclusively for the overseas market, the DX7022 is a limited-production five-pocket jean that showcases Deluxeware’s renowned craftsmanship through an exceptionally robust 22oz selvedge denim. Cut in a classic regular straight silhouette, the design emphasizes timeless styling while allowing the fabric itself to take centre stage.Woven in Ibara, Okayama on vintage shuttle looms, the denim is crafted from slub cotton yarns that create a rich, uneven surface texture with depth and character. The deep indigo dye offers a bold, authentic appearance from day one, while the heavyweight construction is engineered to soften and mould to the wearer over time, rewarding patience with outstanding comfort and unique fading characteristics.

Every detail reflects Deluxeware’s uncompromising commitment to quality. Finished with a premium cowhide leather patch, custom-made hardware and reinforced rivets, the jeans are sewn using a combination of vintage Union Special and Singer sewing machines. Production takes place entirely at Deluxeware’s own Old Act workshop in Japan, where sewing specifications are carefully adjusted to accommodate movement and stress points.
