The UES 400S Slim Straight Selvedge Denim delivers a timeless silhouette crafted from UES’s signature 14.9oz Zimbabwe cotton denim. Woven on vintage shuttle looms and dyed using traditional methods, each pair carries subtle irregularities in texture, nep, and colour—hallmarks of authentic old-world denim production. The 400S reveals thoughtful construction throughout, including raised belt loops, reinforced front and back pocket hems, contrast orange and yellow stitching, and generously sized canvas pocket bags designed to accommodate modern essentials.

The Slim Straight cut features a mid-rise with a trim fit through the thighs and a straight leg from the knee down, offering a clean, classic profile. These jeans are produced unsanforized but come one-washed directly from the factory, minimising shrinkage and removing the guesswork often associated with raw denim sizing. Compared to the 400T, the 400S fits slimmer through the waist and thighs—sizing up is recommended for most wearers. With regular wear, the waist will stretch approximately 0.5"–1" for a personalised fit. For best results, cold wash and hang dry.
