The Flat Head pioneer FN 3009 jeans are crafted from 14.5oz selvedge denim, woven on vintage Toyoda G3 shuttle looms for a distinctive texture. Known for their "Doshaburi" rapid, high-contrast vertical fading, these jeans develop a unique character with wear. Even the pockets contribute to the ageing process, thanks to double stitching—first with durable poly-cotton thread for strength, then with cotton thread that shrinks, wrinkles and puckers, enhancing the fade. 

The 3009 model features a modern straight cut with a medium rise and a slight taper below the knee, making it slimmer than the 3005 but versatile enough to pair well with boots. These jeans are a testament to traditional craftsmanship, offering a timeless yet modern fit with exceptional attention to detail.
